Love Clark Events is based in Baltimore, Maryland, and we plan weddings throughout Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia. We also take on a limited number of destination weddings each year, with past celebrations in Italy and France, and we're open to other locations for the right couple.
02.What services do you offer?
We offer full-service wedding planning and design, from your engagement through your wedding day. That includes venue research, vendor curation, design direction, budget management, timeline coordination, and complete day-of execution with our team on site. 03. How far in advance should we book you?
Most of our couples book 12 to 18 months before their wedding date, especially for a Saturday in peak season or a destination celebration. We intentionally keep our calendar limited to 10 to 12 weddings a year so every couple gets our full attention, so the sooner you reach out, the better your chance of securing your date.
04. What makes Love Clark Events different from other wedding planners?
We don't work from templates. Every celebration we design starts with one question: what do you want your guests to feel the moment they walk in? From there, everything, the palette, the lighting, the flow of the evening, is built around your story specifically. We're also known for curating vendor teams that share our couples' values, not just their aesthetic.
05. Do you only plan luxury weddings?
We specialize in full-service, design-forward celebrations for couples who want their wedding to feel entirely their own. That tends to mean a certain level of investment in design and execution, so we're upfront with every couple about what that looks like early in the process to make sure we're a good fit.
06. What is the planning process like working with you?
We begin with a discovery call to understand your vision, priorities, and budget. From there, we move into venue selection, vendor curation, and design development together, with regular check-ins along the way. As your date approaches, we take over logistics and timeline management fully, so you can step back and simply be present.

10. How do we get started?
We only recommend vendors who share our commitment to exceptional craft and genuine care for our couples' experience, whether that means sustainability, inclusivity, supporting local artisans, or simply doing beautiful work reliably. Many of the florists, photographers, and caterers we work with are longtime creative partners we trust completely.
09.How do you choose the vendors you recommend?
Love and a full team member coordinate on site for every wedding we plan. You'll have a dedicated point of contact throughout planning, and on your wedding day itself, our team manages every detail so you and your families can be fully present.
08. Will you be at our wedding, or does someone else run the day?
Yes. We've planned and designed weddings across five continents, including Italy and France, and we manage the added logistics, like vendor coordination across time zones, travel planning for guests, and on-site execution, that come with celebrating somewhere further from home.
